The terms and conditions for returns and exchanges below: Returns and exchanges are made within 3 days on the condition that the items are in their original condition at the time of purchase and are wrapped in the original packaging, through the sales branch from which the purchase was made. Damaged items resulting from misuse, such as scratches, malfunctions, breakage, and loss of parts like catalogs and accessories, cannot be exchanged. All devices are under warranty with the authorized agent; the company is only a point of sale. Installation work does not include crane, scaffolding, ladders, plumbing, electrical work, wiring, or external foundations. The customer or their representative must inspect the items upon receipt, thereby releasing the company from responsibility for any defect in the device after delivery. If a problem occurs during operation after two days from the purchase date, contact the product's maintenance (the agent). The company is not responsible for the customer not receiving the product after one month from the purchase date.
